hi i am a 28 yr old disabled woman i have just had a hip replacement and leg extension i aso suffe from ibs and have lost just ova 3 st in six months because of this my boobs have gone all saggy and droopy like old ladies its realy embrassing i went 2 my gps and they told me i couldnt have it done on the nhs if i wanted it done id have 2 pay priate how can i do that when im not working and have 2 girs 2 look after n my own can u help
